Red, White And Blue Bandana Wreath

This year I’m planning ahead for July 4th with a red, white and blue bandana wreath, in patriotic colors. Bandana wreaths are quick and easy to create, which makes them one of my favorite holiday crafts.

Supplies

For this project I purchased a 12″ foam wreath and four bandanas from Michael’s. Each bandana was folded in half and cut into eight equal strips.  Then each strip was tied to the foam form alternating the colors – white, red, white, blue. The last step was adding a navy ribbon for hanging the wreath on a hook.

The first time I made a bandana wreath for the blog was last fall. For more ideas on wreaths click on How To Make A Fall Bandana Wreath.

The weather didn’t exactly cooperate with my gardening and photo plans this weekend. I had planned a grand display of flowers on the front porch, but the rain just wouldn’t allow that. I hope you will forgive my lack of photos with the promise of more to come.

One bonus, was Sandy’s appearance as I was trying to squeeze in a photo of the hydrangea directly behind her. Oh well, my sweet pup is more important than flowers!

Thank you so much for stopping by to see my quick and easy wreath project. I have one more craft project lined up with red, white and blue bandanas, so check back soon.

Cheers!
