Valentine’s Day Crafts Roundup

Are you ready for a Valentine’s Day crafts roundup? Well I hope so, because I have three of my favorite posts to share with you. I’m also joining The Celebrate The Holiday Blog Hop this month, with my friend and host Carol of Bluesky at Home.

Even if you’re not quite in the planning stages for Valentine’s Day, I imagine you’ll enjoy reading about, and pinning some super cute ideas. We have nine bloggers participating today, bringing you the sweetest crafts and decorating ideas.

All the links for everyone participating in our hop is a the end of this post.

If you just happen to be stopping by or hopping over from Saved From Salvage welcome to Thistle Key Lane. Regina always comes up the best craft ideas and I love her creativity!

Valentine’s Day Crafts Roundup

Today I’m sharing three very different Valentine crafts with one thing in common. As you view each one you’ll notice they do not feature any red. I use red sparingly in my decor, but that’s not to say that you have to follow my lead. Just create and decorate as your heart desires.

Neutral Valentine’s Day Cloche Vignette

In this neutral colored vignette, I’m using a variety of vintage items to create a simple arrangement under a glass cloche. If you want to make a button heart too, I have a short tutorial to follow.

In addition I have ideas on how to display wooden bead hearts that completes the look of the vignette. Click on Neutral Valentine’s Day Cloche Vignette to read the post.

DIY French Country Style Heart Wreath

In my post, DIY French Country Style Heart Wreath I’m trying something different with non-traditional Valentine’s Day colors.

Check out my simple tutorial on how to create a heart shaped wreath, and how to make the fabric hearts. By the way, you may be very surprised to see what I’m using for fabric to give the wreath it’s country French feel.

How To Make Moss Covered Letters For a Valentine Vignette

Creating moss covered letters is a quick project that you can complete in a hour or less. If you’re like me, you may not decorate very much for Valentine’s Day, but you may still want to create something special.

These cute XOXO letters can be used over and over in different ways. You can also spell out LOVE or BE MINE to create a look of your own. To see my easy tutorial click on my post, How To Make Moss Covered Letters For a Valentine Vignette.

Follow Thistle Key Lane on Pinterest, where the boards are up to date with seasonal inspiration that you can use right now!

Our Celebrate The Holiday hop continues with Perfecting Places. I’m sure you’ll agree that Kim’s yarn hearts are just adorable. I hope you find these roundups as much fun as I do. Plus it’s a great way to get to know bloggers you may not have met before.

Be sure to click through all the post below at your leisure, and don’t forget to pin your favorite photos.

Cheers!
