Fun Stocking Stuffer Ideas

Get ready to take notes on these fun stocking stuffer ideas. Growing up, Christmas stockings were a big deal in my family. I remember the first thing I wanted to do on Christmas morning was see what Santa put in my stocking. Now it’s coffee first, then the stocking. Other than that, nothing has really changed.

My family has these amazing Santa ninja skills.  We get up at different times during the night,  tiptoe downstairs as quiet as possible, and hide goodies in each others stockings. Half of the fun each year is not getting caught.

Of course, no peeking allowed in our own stocking until Christmas morning.  😉

More ideas for Practically Fun Stocking Stuffers

I’m guessing you noticed the apples and oranges on the list. That’s an old-fashioned tradition we had in our family when I was growing up.

My daughter recently told me, she used to think it was weird getting fruit in her stocking, but never said anything.  Then she said, now that she’s grown it would be disappointing if she didn’t.

As you can guess apples and oranges will be in the mix again. Gotta continue those traditions, even if they do sound weird. Haha!

Thanks so much for letting me share my stocking stuffer ideas with you. I hope you will have fun coming up with traditions of your own. What’s you favorite thing to find in your stocking on Christmas morning?

Cheers!
