SPICY BACON DEVILED EGGS RECIPE
A delicious appetizer or side dish with crispy bacon, green onions and a little spicy sriracha finish.

- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp real mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 green onions chopped into small pieces separate and reserve the green tops for garnish
- 2 slices cooked bacon very crispy
- sriracha
- salt to taste
- smoked paprika
- fresh cracked pepper
Peel hard-boiled eggs, then using a sharp knife, slice eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the yolks, reserving the egg whites halves.
Place egg yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard and apple cider vinegar to mashed egg yolks and mix until creamy.
Stir in a tablespoon of chopped green onions into egg mixture.
Add salt to taste.
Refill egg white halves with egg yolk mixture, adding a sprinkle of smoked paprika and fresh cracked pepper.
Top each deviled egg with a piece of crispy bacon and crown with sriracha.
Garnish with chopped green onion tops.
Refrigerate deviled eggs until ready to serve. Store in the refrigerator up to three days.
