SAVORY PUMPKIN GOAT CHEESE DIP RECIPE
A mix of sweet and savory flavors from pumpkin puree, goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey.

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 oz. goat cheese chèvre
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tbs. honey
- GARNISH
- hot honey
- thin sliced green onion tops
- fresh cracked pepper
- micro greens
Place goat cheese and cream cheese in a mixing bowl, and set on the counter to come to room temperature. About 20 minutes should be long enough.
Using a hand mixer, blend goat cheese and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides of the bowl as needed. Mix in the pumpkin puree and honey until smooth and creamy.
Transfer pumpkin goat cheese mixture to a serving bowl, and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, drizzle with hot honey, then garnish with thin sliced green onion tops, fresh cracked pepper and micro greens.
Serve with vegetables sticks, crackers or toasted bread rounds.
