ROASTED ROSEMARY ALMONDS RECIPE
Roasted Rosemary Almonds Recipe, turns plain almonds into a fancy appetizer to serve at your next dinner party with cocktails or enjoy as a healthy snack.

- 3 cups raw almonds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rosemary finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
Combine olive oil, rosemary, paprika, onion powder and salt in a large bowl.
Add almonds and toss with olive oil mixture until coated.
Evenly spread almonds on lined baking sheet and place on middle rack in oven.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
Allow to cool and dry out a little for about 1 - 2 hours before storing in an air tight container.
Recipe Notes
For spicy almonds add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to the olive oil mixture.
I'm a bit conservative with salt in this recipe, and that's why I suggest sprinkling additional salt after removing them from the oven.
Adapt this recipe for cashews, peanuts or your favorite mixed nuts combination.
