PALOMA COCKTAIL RECIPE

A refreshing sweet and sour cocktail with tequila, grapefruit, lime, simple syrup and sparkling water.

- 2 oz. reposado tequila
- 2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. sparkling water
- wedge of grapefruit
- salt or tajin seasoning for rimming the glass (optional)
Optional - take a wedge of lime and run it around the rim of a tall glass. Invert the glass into a shallow bowl or saucer of salt or tajin seasoning.
Add ice to the glass.
Pour over ice the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup and sparkling water. Give a quick stir if needed.
Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
