Welcome back to the Tuesday Turn About Link Party. I’m squeezing in three fabulous features for Easter before the holiday that you don’t want to miss. Plus this week we are continuing with our blogging and household tips just for fun! Let me know what you think in comments.
This week, our sweet Julie is sharing another blogger tip, and each of us are sharing a household tip with you.
Weekly Blogging Tip
Having a secure site (aka SSL Certificate) is a necessity in blogging these days. If your site is secure, Google will recognize you as a trusted site and it will contribute to your search rankings (oh to have that infamous first-page ranking!).
Also, for SEO purposes, it is strongly suggested to ONLY LIST sites that are secure. For this reason, features for any link party should be with those blogs with secured sites (hint, hint).
Please check with your hosting site, as most will easily implement this for you for free! Don’t know if your site is secure or not? The easiest way to tell is if your URLs include the “s” after “http”. This will also attract more readers… and subscribers!
You can read more information about securing your site HERE.
My Household Tip Of The Week

One of my favorite kitchen cleaners is Bar Keepers Friend. I use it mostly to clean my stainless All Clad pans, copper pots, and knives. Which by the way, still look brand new. It’s also my secret weapon for baked on foods, rust and mineral deposits. I know it will be your best friend too. See the manufacture’s label for a complete list of uses.
Be sure to visit My Wee Abode and Bluesky At Home for their weekly tips.
Every week Julie, Carol and I pick three posts to feature. To see all nine the features just click through to each of us. If you missed the party last week click on Tuesday Turn About Link Party 42.

Now It’s Your Turn! Link Away!
Because this is a party, we encourage all who link up to visit several other bloggers who have linked as well – comments and pins are a great way to spread the love!
Before you get started, take a look at our guidelines:
- This party is for home decor and home-related posts only (recipes, organizing, DIY, crafts, etc.). Link up to 3 related posts. Please do not link up informational posts that do not relate to the topic.
- If you would please not link up shops, advertising, round-ups, other link parties, or any posts promoting sales, we would appreciate it.
- DO NOT PIN FROM IMAGES ON THIS PAGE (it just won’t work right on Pinterest). However, please visit the original post/source and pin from there. That works perfectly!
- By linking to the party, you give us permission to share your projects on our blogs and social media. We will always give proper credit with a no-pin image.
I can’t wait to see what you share with us this week and look forward to reading your posts!
Cheers!
Thank you so much for featuring my paper bag nests this week!
I’m loving the blog and household tips that you are sharing each week. I am a huge Bar Keeper’s Friend fan. It is so useful!
You are so welcome Paula!
Michelle, in spite of all the depressing news of this pandemic, thank you for bringing light to our world through the weekly party and your own blog. I love Paula’s nest so much. I really want to try those, and pinned it. Happy Easter!
Thank you Rita! I’m trying to maintain the “stay calm and carry on” attitude but some days it is so challenging. Thank you for visiting and commenting. It means so much to me!
Michelle, thanks for the festive party. Just what I needed! Happy Easter!
Happy to have you back this week Sandra!
Hi Michelle! I LOVE Bar Keeper’s Friend – what an excellent tip!
I’m re-sharing an old post this week because it would normally be the time I’d start planning for my state fair tablescape! Everything’s late this year, obviously, so we haven’t gotten our categories or anything yet, and I’m missing the beginning planning stage! 🙂
Hope you and yours are all well over there! Thanks for the great features and for hosting! Happy Easter!
Hopefully you can start planning your state fair tablescape soon Barbara. Stay well and happy Easter!
Thank you so much for hosting! This week I am excited to share some pretty bible verse printable, book page decor craft ideas, and table decor for Easter that is perfect all spring long! Hope you have a wonderful week and stay safe and healthy!
Love all your posts! Thank you for linking up with us Kristin. Stay well!
I really like the new blog and household tips you all have started including. Thanks! I shared an Easter printable for all to enjoy a little laughter, #55. Wishing you a safe, healthy, and happy Easter.
Thank you Allyson for the positive feedback! I look forward to hopping over to see your printable. Stay well!
