Sitting at this table for a spring or Easter brunch, will have you feeling relaxed and happy. The color palate is mostly white with touches of brown and green, inviting family to linger around the table. Of course the painted bunny face eggs are my favorite feature of the tablescape.
No dye required here. The natural colored eggs are pretty just as they are in creamy soft shades of tan and brown. A sweet bunny face and a tail were painted on each egg with a white paint pen.
A hurricane candle holder is used as the centerpiece. It’s one of my favorite decorating pieces because it’s so versatile. Tucked inside are mini terra-cotta pots, deer moss, twigs and raffia. I had to keep the natural looking arrangement low, so the candle holder could be placed on top.
The table runner is made of white cotton. Taking it directly out of the dryer with a few wrinkles is fine because, it sets a casual tone for the table. I kept the place setting simple with everyday white plates, bowls and napkins, for a minimalist look that is clean and simple. Anchoring the plates are wood chargers, which go well with the natural colors in the centerpiece.
To complete the tablescape are Champagne flutes. I shutter to think of a Sunday brunch without a mimosa. (I did say we would be relaxed and happy around the table.)
If you don’t have room on your table for eggs, then display them in a basket or a bucket. These bunny eggs are so happy nestled together. Nothing can be sweeter than a bucket full of sleeping bunny face brown eggs.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you will find these quick an easy ideas to help you relax and enjoy your Easter.
Cheers!

Easter is my very favorite holiday to decorate for! I just bought the sweetest bunny felt garland. I love, love the hurricane centerpiece. I still have mine out from Christmas (!)- I’ll just swap the candle for your idea. Super cute!
Thank you Jen! It sounds like you have a great decorating plan for Easter.
I love the Bunny Face Eggs! I can see lots of way to use them to make an elegant Easter Table. These look simple and quick with a great result. Thanks so much!
Thanks Joan, they are very easy to make. I hope you will find a way to incorporate them in your Easter table setting.
Soooo adorable! Love this easy and simple garden project! Your table turned out beautifully, too, Michelle. <3 Pinned to my Crafts to Make and scheduled via Tailwind for Garden Projects and At Table, my tablesettings board. Thank you for a fun idea! I actually need to redo my kitchen sitting area window and the hurricane and moss gave me an idea… <3
Have a great day,
Barb 🙂
Thank you Barb. You are so sweet for pinning 😊
